I have been extremely fortunate to have worked in different industries which has helped me with my position today as Director of Operations for Restorative Pros, Inc. First and foremost, I am husband and father. I have been married for 15 years. I am a father of two, a 13-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. I am the District Manager and with that task I bring an oversight to the daily and field operations. I build relationships with customers and commercial clients. We are a team and have built lifelong friendships with our clients. I have been in the remediation industry for 9 years. Before remediation I worked with Florida Safety. I am certified in all safety aspects and job site safety is one of my specialties. With that being said I have a true passion for helping others and that is what has kept me in the remediation business.
Hi, my name is Melissa Bowlby, I am the billing and collections Supervisor at Restorative Pros. I have worked in the restoration business for seven years and have been working at Restorative Pros since 2018. I am certified as a Water Remediation Technician by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. I currently work in the Billing and Collections department, handling the invoicing for all insurance claims and overseeing the collections process to ensure that your insurance company has everything they need to process the mitigation portion of your claim. My name is Adam Shehata. When I started in this field, I had no idea what I wanted to do. The more I got into restoration the more I started to fall in love with the industry. I always wanted to help people but never knew how to do that. Being that I did not go to college, I thought I would not get the chance to be able to make a difference. What I have realized in this industry is that we get the opportunity to help people all the time regardless of how big or small the job. A customer's home that has mold or water damage can compromise someone's health and the integrity of their home. When we are hired we get the opportunity to bring those homeowners' property back to pre-loss condition. We are basically doctors for your home! This type of work has been the most rewarding job I have ever had.
