Coming from the inner city and understanding the struggle of being a Latino man in the United States, I decided to further my education and pursue entrepreneurship to provide a better future for my ever-growing family, starting my first business at the young age of 17. I am currently the founder and owner of Restorative Pros Inc., established in 2011. I have been in the restoration industry for over 15 years and currently work alongside my wife to empower women to break both racial and gender barriers within the industry. I am proof that with hard work and determination, anything is possible!

After seeing my mother migrate to the United States and struggle as a Latina woman to raise two girls on her own, I knew at an early age that I wanted to work for myself to build something from the ground that would encompass my personality, professionalism, and desire to succeed. After following the traditional path of college and working in the service industry for over 14 years, I decided the best way to achieve my goal of success was to pursue entrepreneurship. My extensive experience has allowed me to bring a fresh perspective as president and CEO of several different companies, including Restorative Pros Inc.

My name is Tiffany Priestly. I have been working in the customer service industry for the past 17 years now. I have been extremely fortunate to have worked in different industries, which has helped me with my position today as Director of Operations for Restorative Pros Inc. My biggest motto that I go by is to treat my customers the way I would like to be treated: with respect, kindness, and honesty.

First and foremost, I am a husband and father. I have been married for 15 years. I am a father of two, a 13-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. I am the District Manager, and with that task, I bring an oversight to the daily and field operations. I build relationships with customers and commercial clients. We are a team and have built lifelong friendships with our clients. I have been in the remediation industry for 9 years. Before remediation, I worked with Florida Safety. I am certified in all safety aspects, and jobsite safety is one of my specialties. With that being said, I have a true passion for helping others, and that is what has kept me in the remediation business.

Hi, my name is Melissa Bowlby. I am the billing and collections supervisor at Restorative Pros Inc. I have worked in the restoration business for seven years and have been working at Restorative Pros since 2018. I am certified as a Water Remediation Technician by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. I currently work in the billing and collections department, handling the invoicing for all insurance claims and overseeing the collections process to ensure your insurance company has everything they need to process the mitigation portion of your claim. We understand that a water loss is one of the most stressful events to experience as a homeowner, but we will ensure that your property is handled with the utmost care by providing top-notch customer service and communicating directly with your insurance company from the moment work begins on your property.
